Vacation Bible School
Children will explore Bible stories, enjoy thrilling games, participate in lively music sessions, create artwork, and so much more June 9-13, 2025! Don't miss out on the fun! Register now to reserve your spot!
VBS is for children ages 3 years old (turned three by 1/1/25) and are potty trained through rising 5th graders (entering 5th grade in the fall of 2025).
If your child has a friend or relative that is THE SAME AGE AND IN THE SAME GRADE with whom they would like to be grouped, please indicate buddy name on their registration form. Your child’s buddy must also indicate your child’s name as a buddy on their form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee. VBS is a great way to meet new friends!
Snacks will be served each day. Lunch will NOT be provided. If your child has a food allergy, please indicate the allergy on your child(s) registration form.
On the following days, caregivers should drop off all children in their assigned classrooms. Caregivers will also pick up and sign out all children in their classrooms following the closing at Noon.
We require all parents or designated caregivers to sign in and sign out each child at drop-off and pick-up times. We will not release VBS students to an older sibling or undesignated caregiver. Pick up is promptly at Noon.
Parents picking up after 12:15 p.m. will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes thereafter, which must be paid upon pick up in the office.
Early Drop off is available during the week of VBS. Drop off begins at 8:00 am and is $10 per day, per child. Payment must be made in advance.
Please send your child’s Epi-Pen in a plastic zip-top bag with their first and last name, allergen, and written instructions, which will be given to the Nurse when you drop your child off for the day.
Please send your child’s rescue inhaler (and spacer, if needed) in a plastic zip-top bag with their first and last name and written instructions, which will be given to the Nurse when you drop your child off for the day.
Thank you for understanding that we will not be able to administer any over-the-counter or prescription medications during VBS, except in the case of an Epi-Pen or a Rescue Inhaler because these are life-saving medications.
